The star wars trooper figure has always been fascinating to us, since we were kids. Maybe because of the mystery of the mask, maybe because of the ultra hi-tech feel of its whiteness. Mem chair is, in a way, a tribute to this fascination. Its pure, white form and soft faceted folds evoke the aura of a modern, pure hi-tech object with an archetypal form. Inspired by an ancestral sound, Mem, which means ‘water’ in the ancient Egyptian language, this chair has a quintessential quality.

Made of injection-moulded polypropylene reinforced with glass, it is highly resistant and elegant, with its skilfully designed corners and curves. The chair also has two holes that make it stackable while retaining its entirely all-embracing shape: a valuable advantage also in contract or outdoor environments.
