A living space for a single male person creating a living room as large as possible with additional service spaces displaced around the main room and form a sort of enclosed cupboard.

The transformation of this small apartment has above all been strategic: Decompartmentalize the place so as to fit out an open plan and elude the demand of an extra room by placing right in the centre of its space a suspended white cube generating playful and unusual situations.

The project is a small intervention to a 70’s house that was abandoned for some years. The client’s request was to bring the residence back to its previous glory with the intention of re-habitation.
