“MINI Sintesi” is a sculpture created by Anders Warming, Head of MINI Design and his team. It expresses the evolution of MINI from its origins until now using the outlines of a series of different MINI models, from the classic Mini to the latest MINI Hatch, MINI Clubman, MINI Countryman and MINI Coupe Concept. The outlines are extruded along various axes to produce a representation of the MINI history. The profile of each outline is coloured in accordance with the exterior paint of the original model. The sculpture is a reference to the fundamental design principle of MINI; all models, based on the same philosophy, emerge from the same core and share the same genes, yet each one has its own individual characteristics and unique identity.

“MINI Sintesi” was presented at the Mutant Architecture & Design exhibition initiated by the Italian design magazine INTERNI at the Cortile d’Onore, Università degli Studi di Milano, as part of the Fuori Salone 2011.
