With the motto « TAKES CARE », the Renault ZOE preview highlights the presentation of a car that takes extra care of its users and the environment. The new electric car emits zero pollutants and assures the well-being of driver and passengers. Presenting the new Renault aesthetics on the front, logo and the lights, it impresses with its translucent roof and touch-sensitive door controls on printed circuit boards.
Described as a ‘spa car’ it offers a system that automatically adjusts the humidity level inside the car to optimise the users’ comfort. It monitors air quality, automatically closes the air vents and if necessary it filters cabin air. An electric system actively releases different scents depending on the needs of the moment in order to relax the passenger or keep the driver awake when necessary. The central screen, incorporating features developed in collaboration with world-renowned light therapy specialist, Philips, is lit in a way that stimulates the occupants’ energy and further enhances the impression of well-being.
ZOE will be launched in 2012.
