Kajsa Dahlberg’s conceptual work is research based, dealing with the relationship between the personal and the public. On view at Manifesta 8 is a collection of over five hundred postcards, which were sent to Sweden from Jerusalem over the last hundred years. The display of the cards is categorized according to the content of the messages and draw from a wide range of relations and projections as well as mirroring the reactions of Swedish-speaking visitors to the contested city.

Kajsa Dahlberg was born in Goteborg (Sweden), 1973. She lives and works in Berlin and Malmo, Sweden.
