Concept cars are always intriguing, since they give designers the opportunity to experiment on style and technology, as well as to explore a brand’s future characteristics. The impressive DeZir, the first project led by Laurens van den Acker, marks the beginning of a series of concept cars that will showcase Renault’s new design philosophy. Powered by an electric motor, the lightweight and technologically advanced DeZir combines respect for the environment with undeniable elegance. DeZir’s front features a full width air-intake. Rear lighting is provided by an illuminated, seemingly floating strip that extends across the full width of the car.
