Aqua Creations, Lighting & Furniture Atelier launched its first flagship store in Tel Aviv. The Showroom was opened in partnership with Aqua’s official representative for Israel “Exclusive Lighting & Furniture” (the official representative for Israel of Moroso, Foscarini, Fontana-Arte, Via Bizzuno & Prandina). The showroom was designed by “Mamon Architects” while using of natural materials for walls and ceiling decoration.

Aqua Creations new logo is “pierced” on the showroom windows by sticking slices of aluminium cylinder on the inner and outer sides. Aqua Creations presents its new Apaya Collection in the showroom.

Aqua Creations is a design studio that originates artistic ideas into design objects, bringing together an organic aesthetic and an appreciation for functionality. Today, Aqua Creations boasts an extensive array of lighting and furniture lines, completed with limited edition custom designs, and an increasing business in the contract market. Aqua Creations specializes in custom design for contract projects including hotels, casinos and restaurants, as well as residential projects.

Aqua Creations was established in 1994, by photographer Albi Serfaty and designer Ayala Serfaty, with the aim of developing and producing furnishing and lighting items through an artistic approach. Since its inception, Aqua Creations has acquired a reputation for innovative design, combining handcraft with industrial techniques and earning international awards.

Ayala Serfaty began her creative path in fine arts and naturally transcended into design practice. As sole designer of Aqua Creations, Serfaty is known as an innovator of sophisticated original design concepts. Since 2002 Ayala has been intensively working on a unique research leading to the development and creation of glass light sculptures – Soma. Today, Serfaty’s voice is best expressed in the merging of art and design and her works have been displayed in major museums world-wide.

Through intensive and systematic product development, Aqua Creations has unequivocally led an exceptional process of research, production, and marketing for over a decade. Over the years, Aqua Creations has continued to expand its scope while maintaining its authenticity, glamour, and poetic appeal.
